This page explains what Bhayson Games stores and why. The short version: you don't need a name, email or account to play, and we don't use tracking cookies.

What stays on your device

Your browser keeps a few things so the site works the way you set it: your favorites, your recently played list, your light or dark setting, game saves (like best scores), and your player code if you have a player. We don't use this to follow you, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Offline games and the app

If you tap Save offline on a game, its files are stored in your browser so you can play without internet. The site also keeps copies of pages you opened so it loads when you're offline. You can remove saved games any time on the Offline games page, or by clearing your browser data. Installing the site as an app only adds an icon; it doesn't collect anything.

Players, scores and achievements

When you post your first score or unlock an achievement, we create a player for you with a random nickname. We store that nickname, your scores, achievements and XP so leaderboards and your public profile work. Your player code is the key to your player: only a scrambled copy of it is stored, so we can't read it. Nicknames and scores are public on leaderboards. Scores you earn while offline wait on your device and are posted when you're back online. Ask us if you want your player deleted.

The ads on Bhayson Games are our own: ads for Bhayson, for our other products and for games on this site. They don't use cookies and don't follow you around the web. We only count how many times each ad is shown and clicked, without knowing who you are. We also count how many times each game is played and add up how long games are played, without knowing who played. We use these totals to pick the games shown at the top of the home page.

We may add ads from Google or other ad partners later. If we do, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Game submissions

If you send us a game through the developer form, we receive the details you type in (like your name and email) and use them only to reply about your game.

Kids

Bhayson Games is made for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
